oh man i had this exact thing happen with error 2000 before. for me it was my vpn being kinda flaky, even when i thought it was off. try disabling any vpn or proxy completely. also, sometimes just trying a different browser, like firefox instead of chrome, fixed it instantly. good luck!

Had the same thing happen to me and it turned out my VPN was messing things up even though I thought it was off, try fully disabling it and switching to a different browser like Firefox, that fixed it for me instantly.
