can't open geforce experience at all. it just says something went wrong error 0x0003. restarted the telemetry services and still nothing.

oh man, 0x0003 is annoying. i ran into that once too after an update. restarted telemetry services didn't do anything for me either. what actually fixed it was doing a clean install of the nvidia drivers. like, use ddu (display driver uninstaller) to fully wipe them first, then install the latest ones fresh. usually helps with weird errors like that. worth a shot imo.

Honestly, Smith's advice on DDU is prob your best bet, theo_hughes. That 0x0003 error is often driver related. If you've tried the DDU clean install and it still acts up, you might want to try running `sfc /scannow` in an admin command prompt. Sometimes Windows system file corruption can cause weird driver installation issues, even if it's not directly saying '0x0003'. It's a shot in the dark, but hey, worth a try if the standard fixes fail imo.

"Hey guys, I had the same issue with GEForce Experience and error code 0x0003. Try uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling the latest version. I also had to disable and re-enable the GEForce Experience service in the services.msc file. Worked like a charm for me, hopefully it does for you too!"

GeForce Experience error code 0x0003 occurs when NVIDIA services fail or drivers are corrupted. Restart NVIDIA services, reinstall drivers, check Windows updates, and enable telemetry services. Clean install via GeForce Experience or Device Manager usually resolves it in most cases.
