nah man i wouldn't mess with that installshield folder directly. like, it can break some older program uninstalls if they rely on it. sometimes it's just installer remnants but honestly, the risk isn't worth the small amount of space. you'll probably get more by just running disk cleanup or checking your downloads folder for old stuff. also check your appdata temp files, those can get huge.
