hey, for dell monitors, sometimes you gotta press and hold specific buttons. usually it's the menu button itself for like 10-15 seconds to unlock the osd. or sometimes it's the 'input' and 'menu' buttons together. have you tried unplugging it completely for a minute then plugging back in too? that can sometimes fix weird glitches.
