How to Stop Snapchat Story Notifications from Non Friends?

How can I stop receiving Snapchat story notifications from people who aren't my friends? I’d appreciate any tips on how to manage these notifications and keep my feed more focused.

Tap your Profile Icon, then the Gear (Settings). Scroll to Notifications. Uncheck "Stories from friends" to stop general story alerts. Also, scroll down to the "Public Story and Saved Story" option and uncheck it to specifically disable notifications from non-friends and random accounts.
