How To Screen Record On Android?

Does anyone know how to screen record on an Android phone? I'm looking for an easy way to capture my screen and would appreciate any tips or step-by-step instructions on how to do it!

Quick Settings, and Swipe down, Tap Screen Record, Choose Options (Audio, Touches) and then Tap Start. Click the notification bar 'Tap Stop' to complete the process. If this is not available, import it through the Edit Quick Settings or use some other app such as AZ Screen Recorder.

Slide down to access Quick Settings, just tap Screen Record, and then select your options, and then tap Start, your video will be saved in the gallery once you are done with recording.
