How to Pair Firestick Remote?

I’m having trouble pairing my Firestick remote and need help or suggestions on how to connect it properly. What steps should I follow to pair the remote successfully?

It takes 10 seconds to press the Home button when you are close to your Firestick. Wait until the light flashes or an on screen display shows that the remote has been successfully paired.

To pair a Firestick remote, plug in your Fire TV Stick and turn on the TV. Insert batteries into the remote, then press and hold the Home button for about 10 seconds until the pairing message appears on screen.

1. Direct Pairing: Hold the Home button for 10–20 seconds until the light blinks.
