How can I connect my Roku device to Wi-Fi without using the remote? Any tips or suggestions for doing this?

You can't directly connect it. The best method is to use a second device to create a Wi-Fi hotspot with the same network name and password as the Roku's last connected Wi-Fi. The Roku will automatically connect. Then, use the Roku mobile app on your main phone (connected to the hotspot) to change the network to your current Wi-Fi.

You need two mobile devices and the old network name/password:

• Device 1 (Hotspot): Create a Wi-Fi hotspot and name it the exact same SSID and password as the Roku's last connected network.
• Roku: Power cycle the Roku; it will connect to this hotspot.
• Device 2 (Remote): Connect this phone to the hotspot, download the Roku mobile app, and use it as a remote to set up the new Wi-Fi in Settings.
