yeah what james bond said is mostly right. 'cut' is definitely the go-to for ending a single take. but 'that's a wrap' is usually for when you're done for the day, or even the whole movie. like, 'we wrapped production.' it's not really for just one take. sometimes you'll hear 'print that' if they really liked it, lol.
