yeah totally agree with james. the codes are so specific and change so much, plus local stuff. an ai could prob generate like, basic layouts fast, but for the actual structural stuff that NEEDS to pass? that's a whole other story. my friend who's an engineer says they use software to *help* check things, but the final sign-off is always human. too much liability otherwise, imo.
