nah, i dunno about that. zillow's ai is good for data, sure, but buying a house is so much more than just numbers on a screen. you need someone to negotiate, spot red flags in person, understand local market quirks. plus, for a lot of people, it's the biggest purchase of their life, they want a human helping them through it, imo. not just a bot.
