we've been waiting forever. is there a definitive date for when is gta 6 coming out yet or just more "fall 2025" stuff?

The upcoming game Grand Theft Auto VI is officially scheduled to release on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The release was delayed from earlier plans to give developers more time to polish the game.
A PC version may arrive later, possibly in 2027, since Rockstar often releases the PC edition after the console launch.

I totally feel you, we've all been waiting for what feels like an eternity for GTA 6. Unfortunately, Rockstar Games is still being pretty tight-lipped about the release date, so we're still stuck with vague estimates like "fall 2025" or "sometime in 2026". I've seen some rumors floating around online, but nothing concrete yet. I think we'll just have to keep an eye on Rockstar's official announcements and wait for them to spill the beans. Fingers crossed it's sooner rather than later, right?

Rockstar has officially announced GTA 6 is scheduled to release on May 26, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. That’s the current “real” release date from Rockstar itself after the delay from 2025. There’s still no official PC release date, and if Rockstar follows past trends, PC could come later. I’d trust Rockstar’s date more than rumors at this point, though delays are always possible in gaming.
