Whatsapp Notification Not Showing in Status Bar! How Can I Fix It?

I am facing issues with WhatsApp; its notifications are not showing up. I've gone through the basic settings once again, but the problem is still there. Has anyone come across the same problem and gotten a solution that works? It would be great if you could share the steps to fix it.

If WhatsApp notifications aren’t showing in the status bar, check that notifications are enabled in phone settings, allow background activity, disable battery optimization for WhatsApp, and make sure Do Not Disturb is off.
