What is agentic AI, and why is everyone talking about it? I’m looking for a simple explanation of what it means and why it’s becoming such a big topic.

Everyone is talking about it because it represents the next big shift from simple GenAI (generating text) to automated, intelligent workflows that can transform entire business processes.
