What Do the iPhone Weather Icon Mean?

Hey, can anyone explain what all the different iPhone Weather icons mean? I’m a bit confused by some of them and would love a quick breakdown of what each symbol represents. Any help would be awesome!

Fog symbol: Symbol of fog/Low visibility. The icons depict the present or predicted weather in the application.

Sun: Clear skies


Sunbehindcloud Cloudy: Partly cloudy.


Cloud: Cloudy


Cloud with rain: Rain


Cloud lightning stunt: Thunderstorm.


Snowflake: Snow
