what are the best government-compliant tools for secure ai development

hey, good question. i've heard most contractors are still kinda figuring this out, but the big one that comes up is usually microsoft azure openai service. azure itself has fedramp high authorizations, so running openai models *within* that environment is often the path people take to meet compliance.
i think aws bedrock is also working on it or has options for govcloud, but azure seems ahead for now. it's less about the 'llm' being certified directly and more about the platform it runs on. hope that helps.
