Yo, 'F2Movies' is def a streaming site, like one of the free ones. Tbh, it's pretty well-known for hosting pirated movies and TV shows. I wouldn't call it a genre at all, just a place people go to watch stuff without paying. Just be careful clicking around on sites like that, sometimes they're sketch with pop-ups and redirects, imo.
