oh man, winamp! that's a blast from the past for real. i think i remember those transparent ones, they looked so sick back then. tbh, most of the old skin archives are probably dead links by now but you might get lucky checking winampskins.com or maybe even a really old archive.org snapshot of sites like customize.org. good luck with the hunt!

You might also want to check out some of the old Winamp forums or communities, they usually have archives of user-created skins that you can download.
