The Logitech M220 Silent Mouse was officially unveiled by Logitech at the IFA 2016 event in August 2016. One of the products in the company's first range of "silent" mice, the mouse can reduce click noise by about 90% while still giving the same tactile feedback, they say.

Wirelessly connected, the M220 product supports an ambidextrous form factor, has a 1000 DPI optical sensor, and can easily run on one battery for 18 months. As a result of its quiet operation, compact nature, and multi-platform support, it was widely used both in the office and at home, providing a smooth, interruption-free work environment.
