how to use the google duo app now?

switching my grandparents from facetime to android. is google duo still a separate thing or did it fully merge into google meet?

Google Duo has been merged into Google Meet, so you now use Google Meet for calls. Simply open the app, sign in with your Google account, tap “New” to start a video call or create a meeting link, and invite contacts or share the link to connect.

thanks for clarifying! yeah, that makes sense it merged. was just wondering if it's actually simple enough for older folks? like, is it basically just 'tap a contact' to call them, like facetime kinda works? trying to make it painless for them lol.
