Everyone's given solid advice on building your profile and connecting. Tbh, what really helped me was actively reaching out after connecting. Don't just accept invites! Look for recruiters or hiring managers at companies you're interested in and send a personalized message. Sometimes a quick DM asking for an informational chat or advice about their industry can make a huge difference. It's about being proactive, imo.
