How to Unlink Facebook And Instagram?

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to unlink Facebook and Instagram accounts? I connected them a while ago, but now I want to separate them. Can someone guide me through the steps?

In order to disconnect Facebook and Instagram, launch the Instagram application, select Accounts Centre: Accounts. Tap on your Facebook account, and then tap Removal. This decouples the two platforms preventing automatic content sharing or storytelling between them and dividing the process of logging in or advertising between the two applications.
