I want to know about tracking an iPhone if it gets stolen or lost. What is the right way to use Find My iPhone and other Apple features to locate your phone? Also, is it possible to track an iPhone from a different device without having it in hand? I would like a simple step-by-step breakdown.

We can track an iPhone using Find My through your Apple ID. Open the Find My app on another Apple device or visit iCloud.com, sign in, and select the device to see its location on a map. You can also play a sound, enable Lost Mode, or erase the device remotely. Location Services and Find My must be enabled beforehand.

Use Find My: go to Settings → your name → Find My → Find My iPhone and turn it on. Then sign in to iCloud.com or the Find My app on another device, select the iPhone, and view its location on the map.
