playing gta v for the first time and the keybinds are weird. what is the quickest way to swap characters?

Hold Alt to bring up the character wheel, then flick your mouse toward the one you want and release, that’s the fastest way once you get used to it, I spam it all the time

yeah alt is definitely the standard way to do it. takes a bit of practice to get that quick flick right but once it clicks it's super smooth. good luck with the rest of the game, it's a wild ride lol.
