tbh i feel you on this one, it's so easy to just paste it in. for me, i started forcing myself to just write the whole thing first, like really quick and dirty. then if it still felt off, *maybe* i'd ask chatgpt for a quick polish, but try to edit it myself first. also, having some simple templates for common emails helps so you don't have to think from scratch every time. small steps!
