I want to speed up a video on my iPhone but I’m not sure how to do it. Can someone explain the steps or suggest an easy way to make a video play faster?
To speed up a video on iPhone, open it in the Photos app, tap Edit → Speed icon (turtle/speed dial) if it’s a slo-mo video, and drag the speed slider to make it faster. For regular videos, use iMovie or CapCut, import the clip, tap the speed control, and increase the playback speed before saving.
Open the Photos app, select your video, tap Edit, and adjust the speed if it’s a slo-mo clip. For all videos, use iMovie to increase playback speed and save.
To speed up a video on iPhone, open iMovie, import your video, tap the speedometer icon, and drag the slider to increase speed. You can preview changes, then tap Done to save or export the faster version.
You can speed up a video on iPhone by opening it in iMovie, tapping the Speed icon, and dragging the slider to the right. You can also use Photos - Edit - Adjust - Speed on newer iOS versions.
You can speed up a video on an iPhone using the Photos app:
1. Open Photos → select your video.
2. Tap Edit.
3. Tap the speed icon (looks like a speedometer for slo-mo videos).
4. Drag the sliders closer together to increase speed.
5. Tap Done.
For non–slow-mo videos, you can use iMovie:
Open iMovie → import video → tap the speed icon → drag slider right to speed up → export.
