How To Reset Instagram Explore Page?

Hey, does anyone know how to reset the Explore page on Instagram? My feed is filled with stuff I’m not interested in anymore, and I’m trying to start fresh. Any tips on how to clear or reset it would be super helpful!

To reset your Instagram Explore page, go to Settings > Security > Clear Search History, and remove past searches. Additionally, interact with content you prefer by liking and saving posts. Over time, Instagram’s algorithm adjusts recommendations based on new activity.

To reset your Instagram Explore page, go to Instagram → Profile → Settings → Security → Clear Search History. Then, on the Explore page, tap three dots → Not interested on posts you don’t like. This helps Instagram refresh and personalize your Explore feed with new content.

1. Go to your profile → Settings → Suggested content → Reset Explore page (if available).
2. Or manually improve it:
   
   • Go to Search → Explore.
   • Tap posts you dislike → three dots → Not interested.
   • Clear your search history: Profile → Settings → Your activity → Recent searches → Clear all.

In order to re-set your Instagram Explore page:

• Click on your profile button (up on the left) and then on Suggested Content or Privacy and Clear Search History.
• Begin to like and follow what you really like- Instagram will keep adapting as the time goes by.

You can also swipe Not interested on the posts in Explore to narrow down the content.
