How to Remove Open to Work on Linkedin?

I’m looking for guidance on how to remove the “Open to Work” status from my LinkedIn profile. I recently updated my job situation and want to make sure my profile reflects it correctly. Any tips or steps to do this properly would be appreciated.

On your LinkedIn profile, find and click the "Open to" button, then choose "Finding a new job" and finally click "Delete from profile". Your profile will no longer show the Open to Work badge.

Go to your LinkedIn profile → click the pencil icon on your “Open to Work” frame → select “Delete from profile” → save. That removes the badge.

To remove “Open to Work” on LinkedIn:
  1. Go to your profile page
  2. Click the Open to section under your headline
  3. Select Finding a new job
  4. Click Delete from profile or turn off Open to Work
Your green banner will be removed immediately.

In order to delete Open to Work on your LinkedIn account:
  • Go to your Profile.
  • Select the pencil icon on the open to work box.
  • Select Delete from profile.
  • Confirm deletion.

To remove the Open to Work feature:
  1. Go to your LinkedIn profile.
  2. Locate the Open to Work box (below your headline).
  3. Click the pencil (edit) icon.
  4. Select "Delete from profile" at the bottom.
  5. Confirm to save.

The easiest way to go about it is to remove the Open to Work on LinkedIn, which is located in the profile section, you would click the pencil icon, and then, in the section, there is a Delete from profile option or Visibility, which you would turn on and save changes.

To remove “Open to Work” on LinkedIn, go to your profile and click the Open to section below your headline. Select Finding a new job, then click the pencil (edit) icon. Choose Delete from profile or turn off visibility. Save changes. The green banner and recruiter visibility will be removed from your profile.

Open your profile and click the pencil icon in the "Open to Work" box under your headline. At the bottom of the pop-up, click "Delete from profile" and confirm. If you only want to get rid of the green frame but still be visible to hiring managers, then change the visibility setting to "Recruiters only."
