how to opt out of meta ai

is there a toggle to stop facebook from using my posts to train meta ai?

hey, yeah, meta just updated their policy on that. it's super annoying but i think you have to go really deep into your privacy settings or look for a specific 'manage data' link they've been pushing. it's not a simple toggle sadly. good luck finding it!
