How To Go Live On YouTube?

I want to start a livestream on YouTube, but I'm not exactly sure how to set it up or what steps I need to follow. Can someone explain how to go live on YouTube or share any tips for beginners?
 
To go live on YouTube:
  1. Verify your channel (can take 24 hours).
  2. On desktop, click the "Create" camera icon (top right) and select "Go Live."
  3. Choose Webcam for quick streams or Encoder (software) for advanced streams like gameplay.
Mobile requires 50+ subscribers.
 
To go live on YouTube, verify your channel and enable live streaming in YouTube Studio, which may take up to 24 hours to activate. Once enabled, open the YouTube app or Studio on desktop, select Create → Go Live, set your title, audience, and privacy, then start streaming. Ensure a stable internet connection and proper camera or encoder settings for smooth live broadcasts.
 
To go live on YouTube:
