how to get effects on google duo?

did they hide the filters in duo? trying to put effects on a video call but can't find the button.

oh man i noticed that too! i think they moved some stuff around when they merged with meet. sometimes the filters are hidden under the 'effects' button or even a 3-dot menu during the call. usually at the bottom or top of the screen. check there?
