How To Disable Find My iPhone?

Can anyone help me figure out how to disable Find My iPhone? I need to turn it off for a specific reason, but I’m not exactly sure where to go in the settings. Any step-by-step guidance would be great!

I usually do it like this:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then go to Find My → Find My iPhone.
3. Toggle Find My iPhone off.
4. Enter your Apple ID password to confirm.

After that, the feature is disabled and your device can be erased or sold without being linked to your account.
