How to Delete Whatsapp Group?

I want to delete a WhatsApp group, but I’m not sure about the correct steps to do it safely. Can someone guide me on how to remove a group, or suggest the easiest way to delete it completely?

If you want to delete a WhatsApp group, you must start by removing all the members and then leave the group yourself. Only after that, the option to "Delete Group" will be visible in the Group Info settings. Please keep in mind that you have to be a group admin to be able to do these things.

In order to join WhatsApp group, you will have to leave the WhatsApp group before deleting it. When in the group chat, open it, tap the group name, scroll to the bottom,, take the option of leaving the group, and then tap the option of deleting the group. In order to remove a WhatsApp group, you need to leave a group. Open the group chat and touch on the name of the group, press the exit group and the delete group options then. Admins are only capable of deleting other members.

To delete a WhatsApp group:

1. Open the group and go to Group Info.
2. Remove all participants (tap each name → Remove).
3. Tap Exit Group.
4. Finally, select Delete Group.
