I need help figuring out how to change my name on PayPal. Can someone guide me through the steps or let me know what information I need to update it?

PayPal does permit changes of name, though the settings menu contains an option to change your name by uploading legal documents to change your profile where you can correct a mistake or change your legal name.

Changing‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ your name on PayPal can be done by logging in on the website, heading over to Settings, and clicking Change Name next to your existing name.
