How To Change Email On Instagram?

Hey, does anyone know how to change the email associated with your Instagram account? I’m trying to update mine, but I’m not sure where to find the option or if there’s a specific process. Any help would be appreciated!

In order to change your email address in Instagram, tap Profile, then Edit Profile, then Personal information settings, then Email address. Type in your new email, and tap Done. Instagram is going to send a confirmation email- click the link to confirm. After confirmation of the new email, your account will now be updated.
