How to Change Account Name on Spotify?

Can someone guide me on how to change my account name on Spotify? I’d appreciate clear steps or tips, especially if there are any limitations or things to keep in mind.

Your Spotify username is permanent and cannot be altered. Even so, modifying your display name is an option. Simply launch Spotify, access Profile Edit profile, input a new name, and save. This changed name will be visible to others on your profile and playlists.

To update your Display Name in Spotify (change of usernames is not possible):

• Tap the settings (gear icon) or your Profile icon.
• Tap Select view profile, and then tap edit profile.
• Type in your new name and save.
