yeah it's super annoying when apps do that. tbh i heard cal ai makes it really hard to cancel in-app.
you usually have to go to their website directly and log in there to manage subscriptions. if that doesn't work, try contacting their support email. sometimes they hide it but you can usually find it on their main site under 'contact us' or 'help'.
