haha oh man PEBCAK is always a winner. makes me laugh every time bc it's so true sometimes. for worst... hmm, maybe 'EOD' (end of day) for literally everything. like, just say by close of business? feels kinda redundant sometimes lol

My absolute favorite has to be PEBCAK, which stands for Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard. It is the perfect polite way to say a user messed up!
