error code 3005 paramount plus on roku

my roku keeps crashing with a 3005 error every time i open paramount. anyone know a quick fix?

hey, i've seen that error before with other apps sometimes. first thing i'd try is just restarting the roku itself, unplug it for like 30 secs then plug back in. if that doesnt work, try deleting the paramount+ app and then reinstalling it from the channel store. that usually clears out any weird cached stuff for me. hope one of those helps!
