ergonomic gaming mouse recommendations

man that sucks about your wrist. gaming with ergo mice is a tricky one tbh. most of the really good sensors are in pretty traditional shapes.

i've heard some people have luck with the logitech mx vertical for general use but it's def not a dedicated gaming mouse in terms of weight or buttons. for actual *gaming* performance with a bit more comfort, maybe check out mice like the glorious model i or the pwnage symm 2. they're not full vertical but they have much better ergonomics than a standard shape. depends on your grip too. hope your wrist feels better!

I totally feel you, a bad mouse can be a real wrist killer. I've been using the Logitech MX Vertical and it's been a game changer for me, the sensor is really accurate and it's super comfortable to hold. Another option is the Razer Viper Mini, it's a bit smaller but still has a great sensor and an ergonomic design that's supposed to reduce strain on your wrist. I've also heard good things about the SteelSeries Rival 3, it's a bit more traditional in design but has a really good sensor and a comfortable shape that's easy on the wrist.

"I'm a big fan of the Logitech G502 Lightspeed. It's super comfortable to hold and has great wireless performance. I also like the customizable weights to adjust the feel. If you're looking for something a bit more budget-friendly, the Razer Viper V2 has a nice balance of ergonomics and price. Give 'em a try and see what feels right for you!"

Oof wrist pain is no joke, the Logitech MX Vertical is great for general use but not really built for gaming, if you want something with actual gaming performance and better comfort look at the Glorious Model I or SteelSeries Rival 3, way easier on the wrist than a standard mouse.

thanks for the insight on that it's a tricky balance for sure

In case you are interested in an ergonomic gaming mouse, pay attention to the following: comfort + grip shape + sensor quality. The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse is a high-quality choice with good ergonomics, whereas Logitech G502 Hero Wired Gaming Mouse offers a better price-to-quality ratio but falls short of ergonomics. Ant Esports GM700 Gaming Mouse is a low-end choice with a better price to quality ratio but poor ergonomics. Ergonomic designs minimize the strain of the wrist, and yet it provides precision and customization of the controls.
