does ga4 show google ai mode as a referrer

trying to track ai overviews in analytics. does it show as a specific traffic source?

nah man, not really in my experience. it usually just looks like organic search traffic, or sometimes even direct if your analytics can't pinpoint the referrer properly. haven't seen a dedicated 'ai overview' source label anywhere yet. would be nice to have that breakdown tho.
