directx runtime web installer fails on win 11

trying to play an older game and the directx web setup just hangs halfway. anyone got the offline installer link?

yeah i ran into this before with some retro games. the web installer can be kinda flaky. you want the directx redistributable (june 2010). search for that on microsoft's site. it's a big download but it's the full offline package, usually works like a charm. good luck!
