hmm, zillow's not really big in australia the way it is in the US, we have our own sites. imo, realtors here do a lot more than just list properties anyway. they know the local market inside out, they handle negotiations, deal with tricky buyers/sellers, and just generally guide people through a pretty big life event. pretty hard for a bot to replicate all that human element, tbh. maybe some tasks get automated, but completely replaced? nah, i don't see it happening anytime soon.
