has ocr gotten good enough to read messy cursive handwriting yet?
tbh not really for *messy* stuff. i've tried a bunch of tools for old family documents and it's a nightmare. good, clear cursive sometimes works okay, but anything truly messy is like 50/50 best case. you still end up doing a ton of manual corrections. it's come a long way, but cursive is a different beast.
