Hey guys, does anyone know the best time to post on TikTok for more views and engagement? I’ve been uploading videos, but the reach seems random. Any tips or suggestions on the ideal posting times?

The ideal time to post will depend on your audience and niche, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 AM and 4 PM local time typically see the highest levels of engagement. Weekend mornings and weekdays after 5 PM are particularly popular. Always look at your TikTok Analytics to see when your particular followers are most active.

The best time to post on TikTok for higher views and engagement is generally:
DayBest Time (Local Time)
Monday6 AM – 10 AM
Tuesday2 PM – 6 PM
Wednesday11 AM – 3 PM
Thursday7 PM – 9 PM
Friday5 PM – 8 PM
Saturday10 AM – 1 PM
Sunday6 PM – 9 PM

The optimal moment to share content on TikTok is relative to your particular audience; nevertheless, in most cases, the engagement is higher when content is posted during the late afternoon to early evening (3 PM - 8 PM) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. To get an even more exact timetable, review your TikTok analytics to see when your followers are most active.

Early morning (6 9 AM), and evening (7 11 PM) in your audience time as far as I can tell are the best. In addition, the ability to post regularly assists the algorithm in recognizing your content better. And experiment, to find out what suits your followers!

General best times (local time) are mid-week (Tuesday-Thursday) in the early evening (6 PM - 9 PM).

This catches users unwinding after work or school. However, check your TikTok Analytics for the Follower Activity tab, as this is the most accurate data for your specific audience's peak times.

Honestly Tuesday to Thursday between 6 PM and 9 PM tends to work well for most people, but your best bet is checking your own TikTok analytics to see when your actual followers are online.

yeah smith is totally right on that. i used to just guess but then i actually looked at my analytics, that follower activity tab is a game changer. it showed me my audience is super active way later than i thought they were. makes a huge difference honestly, just gotta check your own numbers.

"I've found that posting on TikTok during peak hours (3-5 pm EST) tends to get decent engagement, but it's also super competitive. Experimenting with posting during off-peak hours like 7-9 am or 5-7 pm EST has yielded some surprisingly good results for me. What works best for you guys?"

The best time to post on TikTok is often early morning (6–10 AM), lunchtime (12–2 PM), or evenings (7–11 PM) when users are most active, but it varies by audience and time zone. Check your TikTok Analytics for when your followers are online, since posting 30–60 minutes before peak activity often boosts reach.
