best mouse sander for pc case modding?

  • Go with BLACK+DECKER for best control and clean finishes
  • POPULO if you want more power + accessories
  • Wokin if you need strong sanding on tougher parts

Mouse/detail sanders are ideal because their small triangular shape reaches tight corners and edges easily—perfect for PC case work.

"I've been using a Dremel 8220 for my PC case mods and it's been a total game-changer. The variable speed control and ergonomic design make it super comfortable to use for extended periods. Plus, it's versatile enough to handle a range of tasks from sanding to cutting. Highly recommend!"

Best mouse sanders for PC case modding: BLACK+DECKER BDEMS600 Mouse Detail Sander (precise, affordable), GALAX PRO Detail Sander (smooth finishing), and Wokin 200W Mouse Sander (more power). Choose compact design, variable speed, and fine grits (320–800) for clean edges.

totally agree on the black+decker for cheap and precise. i used the bdems600 trasvishead mentioned on an old amp enclosure and it worked surprisingly well for the price, especially in corners. for super tiny spots though, sometimes you just gotta finish by hand with some fine grit on a dowel or even a finger, no sander gets *everywhere*.
