best mouse sander for pc case modding?

need to strip some paint off a steel case. what is a good cheap mouse sander for tight corners?

totally agree on the black+decker for cheap and precise. i used the bdems600 trasvishead mentioned on an old amp enclosure and it worked surprisingly well for the price, especially in corners. for super tiny spots though, sometimes you just gotta finish by hand with some fine grit on a dowel or even a finger, no sander gets *everywhere*.
