getting this generic reference error trying to log into a banking site. cleared cache and cookies but it still happens.

oh man that sucks. i've had similar issues before with banking sites, they can be super finicky. sometimes it helps to try an incognito window or even a totally different browser like firefox or edge if you're usually on chrome. also worth checking if your bank's got any service alerts up, sometimes it's on their end and not yours. good luck!
