sometimes i genuinely can't tell if customer service is a bot anymore.

omg for real! i had one the other day that kept repeating the same phrase over and over, like even when i asked different questions. i swear they program them to sound just human enough to be annoying, but then they hit you with the robotic loops. it's so frustrating trying to get actual help. makes me miss old-school support sometimes.
