hey, building internal tools can be tricky. we used a smaller outfit called 'devsmith' for something similar last year and they were pretty solid. good communication, and they really got our workflow. another one i've heard good things about for more complex stuff is 'codeflow solutions', a friend used them for a big erp integration and said they were top-notch with project management. might be worth checking those out tbh.
