I keep seeing 'get a load of this guy' used as a reaction all over the place, but I don't actually know the original it comes from. What's the origin of it, and when did it turn into a meme? Always find it interesting how these old lines get a whole second life online.

It actually comes from an old episode of Friends where Ross says it while pointing a thumb at someone. People use it all the time now when someone is acting ridiculous online and you just have to laugh.
